Anti-Inflammatory Diet – Day 7

David suffered through another grocery store trip, and his kitchen turnin into a fancy bakery from which he couldn’t partake. However, he is feeling really good in the tummy. Betsy’s energy is better today. Is it more sleep, or more carbs? Not sure, but she’s glad. One week down, 3.5 to go! Tomorrow is a major check-point, and they will see if their weight has changed at all!
