Celiac Disease

Has your child been diagnosed with Celiac disease? Starting a gluten free diet can lead to a lot of questions. And sometimes kids are having some growth concerns that needs to be addressed along with the diet. Let us help you navigate next steps. We provide education on the gluten free diet including label reading, cross-contamination concerns, dining out, balancing nutrition with a dietary restriction and knowing what dietary supplements are necessary to get your child back to thriving.

Food Allergies

Food allergies can be tricky. Is skin prick or blood testing better? Are there other tests we should be considering? How do we determine what to eliminate if we have a positive test but no symptoms? What supplements should we be considering? Is my child’s diet still balanced enough to meet the needs for growth? These are common questions parents encounter.

Whether your child has IgE allergies, FPIES, milk protein intolerance or EoE, we can help. Families typically feel relieved and more confident when they are equipped with information to make good dietary choices for their child.  We provide education including label reading, cross-contamination concerns, dining out, balancing nutrition with a dietary restriction and knowing what dietary supplements are necessary to get your child back to thriving.
