Here we are at day 20! It was a day of working and getting home late, with no time to prepare a meal. So, Chipotle it was! But, how did that go for David, having never before eaten anything but a burrito from Chipotle?

And how important are empty, refined carbs? Do we rely on them more than on foods that fuel and heal? Are we meeting the needs of our bodies before we fill the void? Good question to ponder…

Breakfast

  • Coffee with half-and-half
  • Oatmeal with 2% milk and pecans
  • Strawberries and Raspberries

Lunch

  • Greek Horiatiki salad
  • Tuna with avocado mayo
  • Cherries
  • Corn bread with natural PB

Dinner

  • Chipotle chicken salad with black beans, veggies, salsa, cheese, guac
  • Red wine

Snacks

  • Dark Chocolate, 72% cocoa
