Day 27

Lunch today was leftover chili, which made for an easy pack, and was pretty complete as a meal on its own. But Betsy still got that late afternoon headache from lack of carb intake.

Betsy shares her beginning thoughts about the future of the anti-inflammatory diet vlog, and David pipes in about his hopes for how this experiment may positively impact other people who have joined in the journey.
