Nicole Michehl, MS, RDN, LDN, CNSC, CLC

Nicole began her career within Health and Nutrition as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach before seeking a new challenge to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Nicole received her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Benedictine University and completed her Master’s degree and Dietetic Internship at Rush University with an increased focus in Pediatrics.

 

Nicole has experience working in a clinical setting under the Northwestern Medicine banner. She has worked within the NICU, ICU, and general medicine units. During her time at Northwestern Medicine McHenry Hospital, she earned her certification as a board certified nutrition support clinician (CNSC).

 

Nicole joined Feed to Succeed in 2020. Since joining she has become a credentialed Early Intervention Specialist and Evaluator in the State of Illinois. She also is a Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC). Over her career, Nicole has seen the struggles families go through to try and live healthier. It is her passion and motivation to help as many families as possible live a healthier and active lifestyle that fits within their schedules. Whether its picky eating, failure to thrive (FTT), general GI issues, or weight management, Nicole works with families to determine the best interventions together to meet their needs.

 

Nicole lives in Lake County with her husband and their Golden Retriever. In her spare time, Nicole is an avid runner/marathoner, yogi and a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, and active “Auntie”. Nicole is an aunt to 5 little ones (3 nieces and 2 nephews ages ranging from toddler to adolescence). If you can’t find Nicole in the yoga studio, you will find her outside running, walking her dog, or running around with the kiddos.
